What we collect, and what we do with it.

Who we are
Mesura Partners is operated by TTT Co. LLC-FZ, Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything on this page, write to hello@mesurapartners.com.
What we collect
- What you type into the contact form: your name, your company, your email and your answers.
- What you give when you book a call in our calendar: your name, your email, the time of the call, your answers, and your phone number if you choose a phone call or a text reminder.
- If you book a call from a work email address: your company’s public website, which our AI service reads to prepare Charif for the call.
- What you send us by email, including a CV if you apply to join the team.
- How you use this site: the pages you read, the links you click, your country, and the site or link that sent you. If you accept cookies, recordings of your visits; what you type is hidden, and no name is attached.
- When you book a call or send the form: how you found us.
- After an intro call: its outcome, as Charif records it.
Why
- To reply to you, and to judge whether we can help.
- To send you a short note before a call you booked.
- To prepare Charif for a call you booked.
- To consider you for work with us, if you apply.
- To write to you later about new services, only if you ticked that box. You can stop this at any time.
- To improve the site, and to see which pages and posts bring enquiries.
Where it goes, and how long we keep it
Form entries are stored with Cloudflare and reach us by email through Resend. Bookings are held by Cal.com. To send you a short note before the call, through Resend, our site keeps your name, email and time zone and the time of the call until an hour after the call ends, then deletes them; it keeps the outcome of the call and how you found us, without your name or email. To prepare Charif for the call, our site sends Anthropic, an AI company, your name, your company, the time of the call, the answers you gave when booking and in our form, and your company’s website address if your email shows it. Its AI reads that website and writes him a short brief, which reaches him by email. The site then deletes its copy of your booking answers. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not use what it receives to train its models, and keeps it for no more than 30 days unless its terms require longer, for example to look into misuse. Emails, CVs included, sit in our mailbox with Google.
Visit counts, recordings, and records of bookings, form entries and call outcomes, without your name, are held by PostHog, in the European Union. An AI model from Google, through PostHog, may review recordings to see where visitors hesitate; it may do so outside the European Union.
These may be held outside the United Arab Emirates. We don’t sell your details, and we share them with no one else.
We keep a form entry, a brief before a call, the record of a call, or a CV, for 24 months, unless you become a client or join us. Recordings are deleted after 30 days, and visit counts after a year.
Cookies and similar files
We count visits without cookies. The bar at the bottom of the page asks whether you accept cookies and similar technologies. Your answer is kept in a small file in your browser. If you accept, we also record your visits, and a few more small files let us recognise a return visit and how you first found us, with an ad’s click code if an ad sent you. The booking window is Cal.com’s and sets its own files. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we don’t ask and don’t record.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold on you, a correction, or its deletion. You can also object to how we use it, or withdraw a consent you gave, at any time. Write to the address above and we will do it.
We rely on your consent for cookies and recordings, and for emails about new services; on your request, for replies, the note and the brief before a call, and applications; and on our interest in running and improving the site, for visit counts and for seeing which pages bring enquiries and how calls go. If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to a data protection authority: in the United Arab Emirates, the UAE Data Office; in Europe, the authority where you live.
