-
The intro call
A 30-minute intro call with Charif. You tell us what brought you. We ask about the company, its numbers and the date you are working to. By the end, both sides know whether there is work to do.
-
The proposal
After the call, a short proposal that mirrors what we discussed: the scope, the fee and the timing, in writing, before any work starts. The work usually starts within a week or two of the call.
-
Then the work
It takes the shape the company needs, from a single deal to a CFO at your side every week. The start is the heavy part: we hold a few working sessions with you, and we go deep into the financials until we can see the business clearly. Then the work either settles at one to two days a week, for as long as the company needs it, or ends when the job is done. What we do
Who does what
We work alongside your accountant, your auditor and your advisers. Bookkeeping on its own, tax filing and audit stay with them. When the finance function itself needs rebuilding, that is our work: the processes, the systems and the team.
